1997: You know those tests shrinks have that measure your stress? The ones with the point values assigned? Like 100 points for a death in the family or something? I would have scored HIGH in 1997. I injured my knee again, falling in the subway station, dated a guy who wanted to PEE ON ME, my father got a serious diagnosis,I had knee surgery, we found out there was no more financial aid, and Donna Martin lost her virginity. And we’re only up to May here, people!! I also went through a battery of tests to possibly become a kidney donor for my father only to be told AFTER I peed in a jar for a whole day AND schlepped it back to Manhattan that I was too young. Wasn’t I the same age, NAY younger when we started? Couldn’t you have told me before I had 70 scans and exams???
